Our Cancelation Policy:

We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we want to ensure our stylist’s time is valued and respected. If you are canceling your appointment here at Salon Sapphire, please cancel before 24 hours. If cancelation happens outside the required time allotted for cancelation notice, there will be a 50% charge of the canceled appointment booked. This charge will be due at your next reservation. We appreciate our clients so much, and understand that things can happen. Please be respectful and understanding when it comes to canceling or rescheduling here at Salon Sapphire. We love getting to see you in our salon and can’t wait to service you!

Do you offer special occasion styling?

Yes—bridal, bridesmaids, prom, homecoming, photoshoots, and more. We create elegant, long-lasting looks that photograph beautifully.

What’s the difference between highlights and foils?

Foils are a technique used to apply color or lightener and can be used for highlights or lowlights. We’ll choose the right technique for your desired brightness and blend.

Do you do vivid and fashion colors?

Yes! We love creative color. Depending on your current hair, we may need to pre-lighten first and plan for maintenance to keep your color vibrant.

How do I get started with extensions?

Book a consultation. We’ll match your color, discuss methods, review pricing, and order your hair. A deposit is required to secure the hair.
